Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our items are small-batch fan-made collectibles and merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or buyer preference.

Order cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before an order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement when available or issue an appropriate refund if a replacement is not available.

Shipping issues: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Single-card orders may offer an economical USPS Letter Mail - No Tracking option. This service does not include tracking and delivery times can vary. Customers who prefer tracking may select the tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.

For tracked packages, if your order appears lost or has a delivery issue, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the order was incorrect due to our error or where otherwise required by law.
